Dynercomm Showcases at the 2025 Mining Sustainability & Intelligent Development Forum: Empowering a New Smart Mining Ecosystem Through Intelligent Communications
Dynercomm News Center — From March 27 to 28, 2025, the 2025 Mining Sustainability & Intelligent Development Forum was held in Beijing. Dynercomm was invited to participate in the event, joining leading mining enterprises, geological exploration organizations, equipment manufacturers, service providers, and other industry professionals from China and abroad to discuss development trends in China’s mining industry and exchange insights into the future of mining technologies and their practical applications.
Policy-Driven Transformation Accelerates Intelligent Mining
As the mining industry advances deeper into digital transformation, intelligent communication equipment and security systems are becoming increasingly important components of modern mining infrastructure. Faced with increasingly complex production environments and stringent operational safety requirements, intelligent communication and security technologies provide enhanced capabilities for operational protection and risk management. Their widespread deployment enables efficient, high-quality transmission of real-time signals and data, supporting smooth and efficient production processes.
Through highly accurate real-time monitoring, coordinated system linkage, and instant alarm mechanisms, potential safety risks can be identified and addressed more effectively.

Amid profound transformation and emerging opportunities across the global mining industry, China’s mining sector is accelerating its transition toward digital and intelligent development.
In 2023, the National Mine Safety Administration released the Framework for the Intelligent Mine Standardization System, establishing a standards framework covering major business areas and the full lifecycle of intelligent mine development.
In 2024, seven government authorities, including the National Mine Safety Administration, issued the Guiding Opinions on Deepening Intelligent Mine Development and Promoting Mine Safety.
The document proposed that by 2026, China should establish a comprehensive intelligent mine standardization system, promote the integration and interoperability of mining data, and advance intelligent environmental sensing, coordinated system operation, and intelligent early warning for major disaster risks.
By 2030, a comprehensive system covering intelligent mining technologies, equipment, and management is expected to be established, strengthening the prevention and control of major safety risks and significantly improving intrinsic mine safety.

Through the development of intelligent mining standards, deployment requirements for technologies such as intelligent sensing, monitoring and early warning, and emergency response can be further standardized. Underground equipment, for example, is required to meet appropriate explosion-proof, waterproof, and dustproof protection requirements, such as IP67 or above where applicable, helping ensure stable operation in complex environments and reduce operational risks.
Leaky Feeder Communications Eliminate Coverage Blind Spots, While Intrinsically Safe Radios Safeguard Underground Operations
Hundreds of meters underground, reliable communications are closely connected with the safety of every frontline worker. In traditional mining operations, production risks remain a constant concern.
Underground environments may contain flammable or explosive substances such as coal dust and methane, creating significant challenges for communication and dispatch operations. Electrical sparks generated by unsuitable communication equipment may present potential ignition risks.
These complex conditions make compliant intrinsically safe communication terminals particularly important. Through specialized safety design and appropriate certification, intrinsically safe radios help mitigate risks associated with harsh underground environments and provide reliable communication support for safer mining operations.
With more than three decades of experience in professional wireless communications, Dynercomm has accumulated extensive expertise in mining emergency communication and dispatch applications. Dynercomm’s Underground Emergency Communication & Dispatch System has been developed with mine safety as a core priority. Through years of cooperation with major energy and mining enterprises, Dynercomm has gained extensive practical experience across complex geological conditions and demanding operating environments.

Dynercomm’s underground emergency communication and dispatch system utilizes leaky feeder cables as the transmission medium, enabling radio signals to be transmitted and evenly distributed throughout underground tunnels. This effectively addresses uneven signal distribution and communication blind spots underground, enabling mobile wireless communications among surface personnel, underground workers, and vehicles. With long coverage distances, broad coverage capability, and convenient maintenance, the system can also help reduce installation and maintenance costs. It has been successfully deployed in multiple mining projects, including Zijin Mining, Zhangbei Hua’ao Lead-Zinc-Gold Mine in Zhangjiakou, and Heilongjiang Duobaoshan, among others.

The DYNE KTW327 Mining Intrinsically Safe Digital Two-Way Radio is an intrinsically safe communication product specifically designed and manufactured by Dynercomm for underground mining environments.
Compliant with the DMR international digital communication standard, the KTW327 is compatible with mainstream digital and analog communication systems. Built with high-standard components and advanced manufacturing processes, the product delivers clearer audio, extended communication range, and longer standby time.
The KTW327 has obtained China Mine Safety (MA) certification and intrinsic safety-related certifications and features an IP67-rated enclosure, enabling reliable operation in demanding coal and non-coal mining environments involving dust, water exposure, low temperatures, and high temperatures.
It is suitable for applications including Class I methane hazardous underground coal mining environments and other applicable underground mining operations.
