Dynercomm 2024 Channel Partner Conference & 30th Anniversary Gala Concludes Successfully in Beijing

On January 13, 2024, the Dynercomm Channel Partner Conference, themed “New Opportunities · New Journey,”successfully concluded in Beijing. Guests from Motorola Solutions and Dynercomm’s channel partners gathered to explore emerging structural opportunities presented by intelligent manufacturing, discuss forward-looking trends in professional wireless communication solutions, and exchange insights on how businesses can navigate an increasingly complex market environment, identify new growth opportunities, and build sustainable development strategies.

During the conference, Mr. Chen Yigang, Chairman of Motorola Solutions (China) Co., Ltd., delivered an opening address reviewing Motorola Solutions’ strong performance and encouraging growth in 2023. Looking ahead to 2024, he expressed confidence in future market development and shared positive expectations for the opportunities ahead.

Mr. Liu Wei, former Deputy Head of the Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Group for PetroChina’s Refining, Chemicals and New Materials Business, also attended the conference. As an expert in intelligent manufacturing for the petroleum and petrochemical industry, Mr. Liu provided a comprehensive overview of the industry landscape for 2024, including policy developments, emerging investment opportunities, and future market trends.

Mr. Qian Jun, Channel Sales Director of Motorola Solutions (China) Co., Ltd., analyzed the current market environment and discussed opportunities in the petroleum and petrochemical industry for 2024, with a particular focus on Motorola Solutions intrinsically safe two-way radios. He also shared insights into sales approaches and business strategies for channel partners.

Mr. Yao Ruochong, General Manager of Dynercomm, emphasized that sustainable growth is built through collective effort and that Dynercomm’s development would not have been possible without the continued support of its partners. During the conference, Mr. Hu Kedi, Product Technology Manager of Motorola Solutions (China) Co., Ltd., presented Motorola Solutions’ latest products and technology achievements through on-site demonstrations.

Mr. Pan Dun, Chief Technology Officer of Dynercomm, focused on the theme of intelligent manufacturing and introduced Dynercomm’s communication products and related integrated solutions, demonstrating how professional wireless communication technologies can support evolving industrial applications.

The Dynercomm Channel Partner Gala Dinner was held alongside the conference. Coinciding with Dynercomm’s 30th anniversary, the evening brought together representatives from Motorola Solutions, Dynercomm’s channel partners, industry veterans, and long-standing friends to celebrate an important milestone in the company’s history.

Mr. Yao Mingzhu, Founder of Dynercomm, delivered a heartfelt address reflecting on the company’s journey over the past three decades. He reviewed the changes and achievements Dynercomm had experienced throughout different stages of market development while expressing confidence in the company’s future.

As the founder of Dynercomm, Mr. Yao has played a central role in building and developing the company over the past thirty years. From its early beginnings to its continued expansion, Dynercomm has remained committed to progress and innovation, connecting its vision through a shared corporate culture and carrying its mission forward through long-term dedication.

Mr. Neil Thomas, Senior Vice President of Global PCR Sales at Motorola Solutions, joined the celebration remotely and extended his congratulations on Dynercomm’s 30th anniversary.

Reflecting on the long-standing partnership, Mr. Thomas noted that Dynercomm has been an important distributor for Motorola Solutions in China, with cooperation between the two companies dating back to the 1990s.

Through the distribution of the GP300 Series, Dynercomm worked with Motorola Solutions to expand the high-end professional radio market. In 1999, the two companies jointly introduced intrinsically safe radio products and subsequently established a strong position in China’s oil and gas market.

In 2008, the partnership entered another important stage with the introduction of the first P8200 Series digital radios, marking the beginning of a new era of digital professional communications.

Mr. Thomas emphasized that Dynercomm and Motorola Solutions have grown together throughout this long-standing partnership and expressed confidence that the two companies would continue working closely to achieve new successes in the future.
